Ontario, Canada)
を中心とするこのクインテ地域は、オンタリオ州で一番住みやすい地方である、という統計結果が過去に２回出ています。住んでいる日本人もごく少数で、日本人の高校留学生も
２００２年当時まだ数名ほどでした。安全で教育水準も高く住みやすいこの地域をもっと日本の人々にご紹介し、留学生を募集することで学校・市の国際性を豊かにしたいと言う
教育委員会の意図から、当地域を管轄する2つの教育委員会の学校への日本人留学生のリクルートを担当し、留学案内とサポートサービスを開始しました。
その後、オタワ市、キングストン市 、ブロックビル市、オンタリオ州だけではなくノバスコシア州も加わり、私立の有名ボーディングスクールとも提携しています。また２０１１年から、 ブリティッシュ・コロンビア州の教育委員会とも提携し、留学プログラムをご案内しています。 |
